What we publish

Transparency information can include the council constitution, meeting agendas and minutes, decision records, councillor information, finance and performance material, policies and strategies, complaints information and records released through information-rights arrangements.

Keeping information meaningful

Published material should identify what it relates to and the period or decision it covers. Current service guidance is kept on the relevant service page, while historic decisions and reports remain part of the public record where appropriate.

Finding council information

Start with the meetings and decisions service for democratic records, Finance and performance for resource and performance information, and the publication scheme for categories of information the council routinely makes available.

Requesting information

If the information you need is not already published, use the council's information-request service.
