Use this process if you are dissatisfied with a Brightmere Council service, something the council has done, or something you believe the council should have done but did not.
Before you complain
A complaint is different from a first request for a service. If you simply need the council to provide a service, answer a question or fix a problem for the first time, use the relevant service or contact route. If the council's response then leaves you dissatisfied, the matter may become a complaint.
What to tell us
Explain which service is involved, what happened, when it happened and what you think would put the matter right. Include any existing council reference if you have one.
What happens next
The complaint is recorded and allocated to the responsible service. The council considers the issue and responds with the outcome, any action or remedy and any further review route that applies.
