Brightmere Council prepares for disruption so it can continue essential council functions and provide accurate local information when normal arrangements are affected.
Before disruption
Residents should use current council service information and make reasonable plans for services or activities they rely on. Where the council knows that a service will change, the relevant service page sets out the temporary arrangement.
During disruption
The council publishes confirmed changes to its own services and supports wider coordination within its responsibilities. It does not replace the command or operational functions of emergency services.
After disruption
Services return to normal arrangements when it is safe and practical to do so. Any continuing changes should remain visible on the relevant service page until they have ended.
